We don't need to have both ingame, it's a waste of time for the devs implement some logical system to make use of them both.

The first one is a neat and distinctive look for NF. It should look immobile, with siege tank arms or sandbags around it or something once its built.

The second one, chopped in half, would be the same size and shape as the current armory, but it would look better. The second one left intact would be the same size and shape as the BE armory, if we wanted more equivelence between the factions there.

Megel used to show mostly done untextured models. You have shown slightly detailed concept drawings.

    Yes.

You see megel is what we call a modeller. He makes models.

Vess is what we call a concept artist he makes concept art.

Welcome to the wonderful world of videogame development.

I say that only comms can move the mobile barracks.

No one but the comm. That way the only griefer in this situation would be the comm.

There is no mobile barracks, neither one can move at all.

Would they? We already have APC spawns. How different is that from a bigger, slower-moving APC, with some extra jazz attached to it?

You would have to drastically hike the price of a NF barracks. And for that price you get something that moves slow as fuck and can't go places a normal barracks could. And I foresee physics related crashes.

Because I have to make them move, which means I'd have to animate them, and that's a pain in the arse.

Source doesn't do high torque low speed, so they'd move like shit.

You can't stand on moving physics objects.

    Moving physics objects cause lag.

    Balance issues.
