August 10th PUG

In case you didn't know, or perhaps missed the STEAM Community Beta, the weekly Empires Pick Up Game is today, and like normal it is going on all day. As a note, it is also officially full right now:

It's all as well that I wasn't able to grab a slot in time, and thus is why I'm making this post. :/

 

I wasn't to either, but I waited until one was full.

 

Yeah, the steamfriends beta is kinda cool...

Ontopic: I left because people kept killing their cv to change to map very annoying when they skip all the maps i like, to play ones that i dont.

 

We were playing those maps 5 minutes before you joined. (or something like that) Then admin came and changed the map.

 

Not as bad as Shinzon and Trident not wanting to play escort so they suicided their comm while us BE were busy wasting time and setting up our base.

 

How did they suicide the comm on escort?

 

Yeah, I heard some people on the BSID vent get pissed about that. Also, none of you noticed I wrote August 10th PUG and it is August 11th. My mistake :p

Er, that's weird, I thought I looked at my system clock and it read August 11th. Oh well, guess I didn't mess up

 

Try not using the Steam community for announcing PUGs the next time, people will know there is one if you tell them here.

 

why not? Thats what the event is for. It was hell as useful for me knowing when to join.

How bout both and using the forum calender. Maybe someone shouting off the roofs too.

 

I rember when we suiced the com on Money; it was funny as hell... the entire team went gren and mined the com (I placed it near the edge, near the water)

Then they all blew it up at once.... after some massive air the com went down into the water followed by the entire team just jumping after it non stop... One of the funniest things I have EVER seen...
