Asking for login info?

Well when I try to join a server it says my steam account is logged in somewhere else, then it ask for my password and user name. I ignore the window and just restart steam. When I try again I get the same thing. So its ether the game is fucked or you are trying to steal my steam account.

 

Can't say this issue has ever been reported before, usually people just give us their steam login id and don't worry about it.

Seriously though, never heard of this problem.

Unless you think the like 90 man community is all a scam to get passwords, it's not a scam

 

Steam might ask you to retype your account name and password if your authentication ticket expired. It will also ask you for it when someone else is playing using your account.

Sometimes network configuration might cause problems. Steam expects that you're using the same IP for authentication and for playing the game. If this keeps happening look at support on steampowered.com.
