startofround.cfg endofround.cfg removes the need for plugins to do things like alltalk at the end of the round.
No, server.cfg executes right after the map is loaded. I guess you could call on game start. I want something that executes when the commander vote ends. And when the game ends (commander is killed, or all player, or flag captured etc...). Right now I'm relying on plugins, but plugins have their limitations and it'd be much cleaner if it was directly in the game.
