Comments like this make me so sad. Pub more. You have no idea how much I'd love to do that. Give the scout thermal goggles that make players, vehicles & buildings (inc turrets) glow and remove hide. But you don't miss hide because you can still use smokes & the goggles to cut through front lines just like you used to with hide. Only now everyone can see roughly where the scout is operating and teammates can (blindly) follow through (can we say teamwork?). The only shitty thing is that the smoke particle isn't suitable for that kind of thing. And there's sorta already a scout rework, so those decisions were made long ago.
as soon as VF is up distance is of no concern anymore - especially with those low populations one has to live with today - if you go 30 active players its a fucking great day ... everyone who plays this for longer knows that you can drive jeeps and apcs almost everywhere. maybe stack less
