Structures killed with sabotage should recycle and give the money to the team of the scout that sabotaged it. As a result, the scout is made more useful (yay) and teams with a res disadvantage can gain money more easily against an opponent with the majority of the map (not only are unattended buildings being destroyed, but they are also giving funds to the losing team). As a side note, "destroying" structures with sabotage should give the scout points as it would for destroying them by more conventional means. This allows the scouts to remain on par with other classes as far as point gaining is concerned.
Im against that the sabotage should kill the building entirely, but I think it would be a good idea to make the sabotaged refinery give the resources it produces to the other team untill it's fully repaired.
