[2.9.0] Building placement text appears way too big

    Seems to use the same text as the new ammo counter, that can't be a coincidence.

    Also ammo counter is being drawn when commanding....

    Good catch, yeah I thought it had something to do with the new GUI.

    Fixed the building text bug. Ammo counter will still need fixing but I think @Thexa4 and @Devourawr are still working through HUD issues so I'll pass that bug onto them.
