Also an old bug, Mortar still is wonky. Ive seen a dude on escort have his shell bounce off himself and land like a meter in front. Also, bounciness.
I noticed the graphics showed the mortar bouncing off someone, but the explosion in the location it should have occurred still landed. Multiple times I fired and saw no mortar but got the kill. So I think it's working but the visuals are not right.
I never got any kills from bouncy mortars. I hit people squarely, hit vehicles with no health left and burning jeeps. No credit was ever given.
I want electric engine to flame up on overuse. I recorded this video showing what happens when Lithium Polymer batteries are over used and pierced: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=btAD-gHIjG0 This just to give you ideas on how different engines would flame up. Fuel engines would have black smoke and an oil fire. Diesel might be even worse smoke wise. But electric would be invisible gas with shooting flames of higher than expected flame lengths - like a flame thrower on a larger battery. Then it should burn anyone standing nearby. ELECTRIC JEEP FLAME BOMBS would be cool ! Shoot it before it goes into a VF and burn the whole place down. BTW: Electric cars will have some protection against this. You have to over excite the battery, we call it PUFFING the battery, then pierce it for it to vent. Since a puffed battery is very hot it could then ignite the gas. Lithium Ion would be different than Lithium Polymer, but not nearly as powerful.

Those are actually enemy squad members that are in the same squad as you. I reported that fro squad leaders some time ago already.
its chain though and chains minimap is broken beyond believe - silk fixed it the other day dunno if its comitted though, but guess hes waiting for tumbleweeds which we planned for friday.
You were, say, in Bravo squad. Your guys are shown on the minimap with the appropriate arrow and a green square/star. The people that are on the other team AND in bravo squad only show up as the squares/star, without the arrow. The people you see are on the other team, in the same squad.
I haven't been looking into any incidents of this with serious scrutiny but not all vehicles are showing up on the minimap. I can understand that sometimes this is due to vehicle stealth but sometimes friendlies don't show up either.
I know I was driving around with vehicle stealth and couldn't see my self on the mini map, was disorientating.
Wealthy ... you can send me the vmf's for cyclopean (the missing texture) and glycencity (the displacement hole). If that's still the exact same version of glycencity that I made some years ago I should still have it myself, but I have no idea if it was changed since then.
