too busy to check, can commanders issue single attack orders to enemy units (buildings, infantry, vehicles) now?

You crazy? I've been waiting for it for ages, and so have others. It's not as scary as the rifles, and hey, aren't you the guy who started playing again cuz the bullets now murder people.
Nice. Let's hope rifles still have a place, given that the mortar is going to be pretty close to them in anti-infantry potential. That change should also significantly boost it's anti-vehicle abilities.
Why did you increase research cost and time of tracking systems? Wasn't needed, now it definitely won't get researched as much now when making it a 3 slot homing salvo was all ya had to do. Wtf, why take a step too much?
Wrt anti-infantry rifles are still better if gren doesn't have a lot of cover. War man: homing (tracking) is still getting researched in 2.29 as several games proved so there's nothing to worry about.
