Fixed the missing texture for the bunk beds on encore. Thanks to Varbles for showing me how to fix this
I'll take a few pics, but basically, all the textures in the city. It could just be a .res file issue though.
It probably is. Encore has a whole bunch of custom content with some of it pakrated and some not. I probably just need to do a fresh install of it and pakrat everything possible. Though, taking some pictures of the problems would help.
I've just reformatted, so I'll try after I have empires installed again. Otherwise I'd have done it already.

Well, with an older version of vmex (the program that decompiles) it would fuck the maps up. From what I understand though, the newer version is better and doesn't do that anymore. But it's still less perfect than having the actual vmf.
That. Also the more complicated (i.e. fancy entities/triggers/brush setups) the more likely it will decompile it wrong. The only serious problem I've encountered so far with the maps I've decompiled is with emp_caldera, which crashes hammer everytime I've tried to compile it.
Firstly: emp_castle People keep getting stuck there. Also, restrict turrets past lv1. It's unplayable with them. emp_encore_ob2 Still loads of missing textures (which I now lack from installing it directly, as in I have them now, so I'm going to struggle to tell you which ones.). There's no bleed for NF, which is pretty bad for an escortmap.
Castle wasn't meant to be an actual map btw, he just made it because he had built this castle looking architecture and didn't know what to do with it. many of the missing textures were from the start and floating rocks, mis-aligned textures, etc...
