This one we came apon by accident. BE was caping NF's second flag, while NF was caping BE fouth flag (note the screenshot). BE capped the flag first, making it impossible for nf to cap the next flag. Yet BE won the map without all the caps... Just take a look at the minimap on the screenshot, really says it all...
That's a very rare bug, which i've feared for a long time. I can't prevent it from happening, only Krenzo can do something about it.
you can prevent it: make it so that you can't start to capture something if someone is already capturing another flag.
So are BE still able to capture the next flag after their last one has turned neutral? I think that's the cause of this bug.
lol With the current inputs and outputs, you can set it up manually and make it work great (from what I remember about the inputs and outputs available). Its only the automatic flag management that's broke and needs fixing by Krenzo. The simple fix would be to disable capturing of the appropriate flag when a flag goes neutral, instead of when it's capped by the other team.
I reported this a long time ago with an older version of district, I remember someone mentioning it being intentional, but I could be wrong. edit: http://forums.empiresmod.com/showthread.php?t=621 hmmm posted almost exactly a year ago? Time flies by :D @brocolli, you can contest for a flag at the same time, when you are passed contesting, it will capture it even if the one before went neutral, Im also pretty sure contesting will not be interupted once its started.
