1.05 falal/normal comm crash

this has been going on for awhile, I havent post it. I think its been going on since 1.03, anyway its with engy and comm mode. When your get in the comm mode with your build tool out, and right click you will see the engy build menu. First off you should not see this menu anyway, and second you should not even build from it. Anyways, when you right click you can select the turret oppition and when you drop it you get a fatal crash or a crash to the destop. When you go to build the walls you will get a normal crash to the destop. A normal person would hit the X in the upper right hand cornor but I got nosey...

Second bug, the right click should not be there so you do not get them confused... or crash like up top....
