1.05 district messes up game

on whatever map that after district certain characters of text, both in chat and tab menu but not in class screen or build vehicle screen, are alwase blocked out. its different chas each time, but alwase the same ones when it happens (like all "A"s will be out one time, but another time it may be f or g).

and the last time played it, like 5 mins ago, the minimap screwed up.
