Well that might help explain why I was getting shot occasionally in the middle of the sand storm. I don't understand why weather effects aren't synced through the server. I mean sure it isn't going to look the same for every client but to see it working and not working for others is rather odd.
one thing i wondered, is the sandstorm equally obstructive on lower settings? but hell, that adds a lot of athmosphere - less to the game tho.
is anyone going to buy the game on release? i think i will, assuming the servers are not completely overloaded would you be interested in playing on the upcoming weekend?

yes had no issues been playing since midnight with ~8h of sleep inbetween. the very first time it said cannot connect to ea servers, i just hit reconnect (like i was used to from the beta, you needed to spam reconnect from time to time) and it instantly connected. the performance is stunning, its very well optimized. i can play in 4k on high, in the campaign/war stories even on ultra. and i only have a gtx970 oO
yeah I found out the world is being DDOS especially on east coast USA I cant get to a lot of sites. But was able to finally join a BF1 server before I am going to play now again if I can get connected
flasche question for ya. when one dies in bf1 and it says in lower right skip and next to skip it says next deployment. are you supposed to hit the space bar? that's what I have been doing.
yeah, you wait till skip shows up and press space - if you dont you dont wait for a revive and you dont spawn earlier if you do, so just wait till it says skip and press space unless on the left bottom side you see a medic coming closer.
i meant if you keep space pressed when you die, then you dont wait for revive and go back to the spawn screen. only if skip shows up the wait time ended and you can instantly spawn. its totally labeled incorrectly. but better than audio settings in the beta, they were labeled video aswell.
