Apparently nowadays this strategy that has been used like in every game in empires over the years... Is an exploit.
Definately NOT an exploit. It's a tactic, and a good one. If the map designer didn't want you to do that, they could implement a ticket bleed when no spawn point is available. Or a dick of an admin could decide based upon no agreed upon rules that it's an exploit and ban you.
