Note that it has no impact on gameplay and is just a minor bug. 1. You need at least three people, 2 on one team, 1 on the other. 2. Have them all meet in one place on the map. 3. Have the solo guy blow up one of his enemies - any sort of explosion should do, although it might be better to hit the target a few times before doing so. 4. The explosion kills the person, his teammate can now see that his health is at a negative value. The colour of it is not birght red (0%) and, depending on the value, yellow (at -`7~%) to even greenish yellow (at -23%). Should work, I wrote about it yesterday but not in great detail.
