Wow, I made the Halo 3 thread. That makes me feel lame. ANYWAYS. I got my Halo 3 home delivered (my dad's fault) the day after it came out. I wasn't even expecting it, and never made plans to get it any time soon. Oh well here we go. Post your gamer tags and I'll put here: decemberscalm: Toler Clan Halo 3 is pretty good I must say. Campaign is too short. Graphics are beautiful. The combat is refined to the point its enjoyable to almost anyone. Loads of game modes and features. The forge is fun as hell. If you've got a 360 and XBOX Live, get it. If you don't, rent it.
It is. Except you can edit spawn points. Its fun to play baseball with a rocketlauncher and a gravity hammer.
Question: Anyone know why the dev team decided to lower the aiming reticle for their halo games? Was it to show more of the action on more than half of the screen?
It was also the name for the map editor used in the original marathon series which also takes place in the halo universe Anyway, tesco says they're out of stock and I won't get my delivery until next week
Been playing it for few days now, and it's quite good so far. May not live up to the hype, but it's still a great game Forge is neat and you can do some awesome stuff with it, altho it's a bit tricky with the gaming pad. Oh and the replay- future is damn awesome
i've played the campaign for i'm guessing a good 8 hours yet, and i havn't finished it. every time I think i'm about to get to the end, some new and exciting twist pops up! that said, I don't think the story is as good as the other two games but everyone else is! can you say "STOP: HAMMER TIME" as you mash an enemy wraith with the mchammer©? I can. it was awesome beyone belief.
Get your gamertags up . Lets 4 player co-op. I propose we race to see who finds all the skulls first. I've got 5 already within a couple hours and without internet assistance. Havn't even beat the campaign yet ^_^. Somebody else will probably win, I'm always busy =.=.
Really? I found two on my way - one silver and one gold (the latter one was from the last level, which was piss-easy, so you should be ashamed of not finding it :p )
did anyone think "since when did halo3 turn into starfox" on that last bit of the last level? I didn't really like that bit, it felt so bland in my opinion...

I found five skulls on my own, looked up the rest. Get all thirteen skulls and you get saumurai armor but the helmet makes you look like a gundam. (You have to start the level from the beggining to get the skulls Other conditions like not killing the wraiths tanks in The Storm apply as well.) 4 Player Co-op legendary is SO easy. You have your own private army made of 3 elites and master cheif heading them.
Ugh... online multiplayer makes me a saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad valiant. I was listening to some guy swear at his mom while eating some sort of sandwich. D:
