good is not absolute, neither is it objective. but empiresmod still is the best "RTS"FPS out there - by far. no matter how old it looks and feels, there is nothing even close. NS2 and savage - as the most direct competitors - both suffer heavily from the overpronouced asymmetry. (please note, this is an opinion - i fully understand that there a people with a taste that allows them to enjoy games like counterstrike or call of duty)

no, what youtube says is notoriously not what actually happens. dmca is partially automatic but also flagged by people. learn you some.
