    No, I don't think I can get hyped til persistence universe hits, or at least the first few squadron 42 missions hit. I think they said they would release those in bunches or something.

    Space combat is kinda boring to me.

    I actually like that people aren't super hyped, the more hyped you are the longer the process seems and it's painfully slow then. I just understand there will be plenty of delays before release.

    I know threes a lot of bullshit behind the scenes but i'm hopeful.

    I have regained a lot of trust in the feasability of Star Citizen because of their Gamescom demo. E.g. that quantum jump through space that apparently was really flying through that space at enormous speed, not just porting there. Or when they showed how a crew member walked around in the ship freely and you could see that trough the window from the outside and the ships movement had no effect on those walking inside.

    i wonder whos gonna sit in the loading bay staring at a wall for several minutes? :D

    also, as fucking awesome as it sounds and looks, knowing multiplayer games, going from your bed to your ship and board with a crew of 5 people will take forever. its gonna be great at first, but after a month?

    im really torn. this looks so great, but then there is a reason why videogame characters dont need to piss - if you know what i mean.

    and yes i know postal

    Lol yeah, first I downloaded 25GB for the PTU, when I finished the PTU was turned off and I had to download another 25GB for the public update.

    But ArcCorp is nice. Such a detailed place.
