Melee damage on BE smgs are wrong

    Ok so trickster goofed and that is a bug of sorts. BE smgs should be doing 70, just like nf.

    Straight form the current scripts for BE smg1 and smg 2.

    I though they was both supposed to be 40 to fix melee upgrade 1 hitting even with health upgrade?

    I don't think so, sidearms are 40 melee damage and you can still 1 hit people with melee upgrade. I don't think melee upgrade multiplies the damage by 3 or whatever, it just does a flat amount set in the code somewhere. I can't find anything in the scripts really relating to melee upgrade.

    Good catch. Fixed and committed to SVN. I also put that compo research time change in with it. Thanks Lazybum.

    Melee upgrade multiplies damage by four.
