    Suppose we should have somewhere to report bugs in the new steampires version.

    I'll start.

    Someone requested making commander vote time longer (60s as default). Not sure about updating server.cfg as I don't want to overwrite others servers to update this value

    I'll just copy-paste what I already had noted

    I'll be putting every single bug that gets reported in here, some non-bugs that I feel are of note, and old bugs that need a reminder. The ones I figure are most important will get highlight in red, and I'll be putting notes in italics as I see fit.

    Also, if you have opted into the beta branch make sure you opt out now so you don't get conflicting updates

    Here some crash dumps.

    This has been lot of fun, excusing the crashes. It is encouraging to see people not too bothered by it.

    Oh, I don't know if it helps but when we played district no one crashed. Though some did crash during every other map, including urban chaos. So take from that what you will.

    Edit: Added more dump files.

    Also noticed when I placed refs and built them as comm they wouldn't show up on my minimap. Took like 2-3 minutes before they appeared.

    should we upload crashdumps manually, i thought steam handles that for us now?

    it didnt create a single crashdump? i searched for *.mdmp in my whole steam directory and theres nothing from yesterday, though i crashed once a round minimum.

    Hold off of doing crashdumps now, I just pushed out a quick-fix that'll hopefully fix the crashing.

    I just want to say I don't think I saw anyone crashing out during the games all day. I know I didn't at least.

    Also will be going through the custom maps to find out which has a broken sky box. I know forest does with hdr on. A bunch of others probably do as well.

    I kept getting this popup window during matches tonight. Sometimes I could click through and continue, other times I was kicked out. The meat of the message was ....

    If that's helpful at all. This was on a new system I just built, HL2 and Empires were just freshly installed hours earlier.

    i can't jump out of the com, shoot around, get back in, jump out, shoot around and get back in properly. this is a useful technique to confuse opportunistic scunts and engies. for some reason on the second re-entry it delays. no joke. the first time i thought i was high. which i was. the second time i pressed E like 6 times, still couldn't re-enter cv. even controlling for the high variable. (high both times)

    yes i noticed the same, its especially hard to get in from front and back.
