From my understanding of the new pokemans, they added features so you don't have to tediously grind all the time.
I'm not young enough anymore to watch Pokemon, playing is fine on the other hand. It's a pretty good rpg.

AFIAK its funded directly by the pokemon division. At the last episode its pretty obvious it was made solely as a massive X and Y advertisement.

2DS is now avaliable. I also get a very good deal on my 3DS from ebay that came with a lot of games and accessories and stuff. The guy who used to own it, didn't delete any of his info, so stuff like his credit card, and his face on the balloon game is still on it.
I got my 3DS second hand for $150 although there aren't many available nowadays because they're discontinued. The big version is selling everywhere though and they should drop in price a little bit soon.
I wanted to get a PSP because of the sheer quality of games it has for it, such as the persona games, ogre tactics, and all the rad ps1 games I love. But god-forbid sony make their shit cheaper. I was never a fan of nintendo stuff after I grew up a little, they just really don't appeal to my character. But I did have Pokemon back in the day with a GBA and color. Yellow was my first one and only one.
PSPs are great, I jailbroke mine and now I play GBA games on it. It's fucking awesome. Also nintendo make great games, Advance Wars is kickass and literally every single person I know loves zelda (though I don't play it myself)
