Why is it okay for a grown individual to invite a random 12yr old on stage and kiss him? Sure, She is a very young, attractive female singer and he is the luckiest kid in his town. But would people have the same reaction if, lets say, Justin Timberlake or Chris Brown kissed a random 12yr old on the lips.

Drinking age isn't federally mandated, it's a choice by the states. In fact, that act doesn't even mention the legal age to consume alcohol, but the age that one can legally buy it. So either you set the minimum age to buy alcohol to 21, or you lose 10% of federal highway funding.

States still have all the power, power just comes with a price.
