Everyone has different dietary needs. Perhaps some people can get away with fatty chinese food once a week for a quarter of the year, but some cannot.
I think he meant 13 weeks per a year, or every four weeks (~per month). It would be an odd routine to eat Chinese food once a week for only a quarter of the year. Maybe during the summer only (e.g. if he is in college, he dorms and eats school food for the rest of the year). Since I moved, I'm proud for the fact that I have only done any takeout about once per month.
TORE! ^That is how "who wants to be a millionaire" should be. If you are too dump, you get mummified! ove: Bit scary, all the people there look like paradox.
I have it when Doctor Who is on (its a ritual) and there are roughly 13 episodes of it a year. Obviously the Christmas Specials are an exception.
Honorable reason. Living in your own apartment during summer break, comfort eating from those classes that you'll have to retake next semester would have been acceptable as well.
