Basically, a revive engy reviving another engy should not result in the revived engy being able to instantly revive 2 more ppl so let's say there's 1 rifleman against 2 revive engys, atm it can easily happen *cough* that the rifleman has to kill them 6 times until they "stay dead" (his ammo and health will most likly hit 0 at that point anyway) imo this is OP, a squat with 3 rev engys is extremly hard to keep down compared to any other squat in infantry fights. => if an engy dies and get revived his engy tool should get drained by 25% (or optional 50% of what he had left when he died). Revive squats are cool, but revive squads are even better. I support this, as it means two engineers don't go point farming at the beginning of a game, farming their way to repair upgrade and turret upgrade in a minute or two. I've seen people revive each other to farm up uses of squad arty too, which is really annoying on the opposing team.
it's not like calc juice recharges while you're dead, and chances are that the dead revive engie died right after reviving someone, so 50% right there.
