Maybe those forums with several topics of furfagism and racism and nazis made valve nervous about associating with empires mod? This isn't a substitute for 4chan.

you can say that about a lot of threads. I found that shit hilarious and I see nothing wrong with it.
Why are silly threads like those hit down on hard when Alucard/Zeke/Hamster and the rest get away with their anime shit when that annoys more people than lets say, Delete's thread about "black people"? Tell me, what makes you rage the most, a thread called "Black people" with a link to a video of some person playing Call of Duty or a thread called "ANIME COSPLAY JAPAN KAWAIIDESUUGUUNYAA ^-^" filled with loli?
1.08- No displaying or linking to sexually explicit material. 1.09- No non-safe-for-work images or links to non-safe-for-work media with out warning. Like this has never happened in anime threads.
If they decide to change the official rules into specificly disallowing any form of cosplay, anime, manga, etc... Then yea, then they can. Untill then its not against any rules what so ever.
Just because your country is maybe running on democracy, doesn't mean a public forum dedicated to a game-mod is doing so too. If I where in charge, I'd post an announcement that discussion on this will not be tolerated and violation will lead to immediate Bans. praise the lord, I'm just a senior member.
