[Request] Coffee Burrito Statue

A quite serious request actually. We need a modeller to make a statue of CB due to the sheer awesomeness of his contributions of empires code.

In tribute to his previous additions to the empires code (making many mappers happy chappys) some of us feel that some appreciation should be shown. Therefore, we want to add a statue of CB into emp_slaughtered in the middle of the lake, emp_mvalley in the dam, emp_cyclopean somewhere in the lake, emp_streetsoffire on the fountain (nf side). The statue should be quite large (like really big so it towers over the nf rax).

Ideally it should be modelled on CB (pm him for pics - he has agreed to provide) with him in a roman plume helmet holding a classic burrito in one hand and a coffee mug in the other.

 

How about a krenzo statue since he did like 95% more work than anyone combined on this mod.

 

If Krenzo wants a statue he can have one, though he is the founder of empires, I thought that was recognition enough.

 

I think it's a bad idea to put anyone's statue in unless it specifically fits the theme of a particular map.

Well streets of fire would definately fit I think, maps like duststorm and isle doesn't really go.

 

Give him a brenodi helmet and he fits in almost everywhere

 

Who has the right to put stuff into other people's maps? Lets start with that.

Note: this is just another bad joke, so don't bug me about it.

Krenzo has a statue in every map. It's just a ninja statue so you can't see it.

 

I have no doubt that adding a statue of a former dev in several maps will only serve to lower morale for the rest of team, and i don't care about your thoughts on this.

 

Give me the reference pictures. GIVE ME THEM NOW.

Maybe if the rest of the team responded to the community then they wouldn't feel bad. Aww.

 

If anything, Empires needs a secret room on some maps where there's photos of the whole dev team or something.

 

Wait, you mean if the dev team told us what was going on we'd feel a personal connection and maybe like them more? Really? I never knew there was a talking part to a relationship.
