I wasn't free balling anything, I made a thread about a year or 2 ago where I discussed raising CV health. The armor raise was something I had planned for a long time as well and many of the other balances were changed to achieve a certain goal.
And yet they're more effective than rpg/mortar. Well. Taking in ammo to consideration i suppose they're about the same. But stickies will pretty much kill any early game vehicle.
I don't suppose you'd share this mysterious certain goal with us proles would you? Because I have to admit I really am having trouble working it out from the changes being made.
